POLICY

APPOINTMENT POLICY

My goal is to provide quality care to all my clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and last minute cancellations cause an inconvenience not only for me, but for other clients wanting to book an appointment. I have VERY strict appointment policy in place. To reserve a spot in my schedule for you, I require that you agree to my Appointment Agreement/Deposit Form, as follows:


BOOKING 

A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required at the time of booking and will go towards the service being scheduled. The deposit secures the date and time.

The remaining balance will be due at the time of the appointment. 

 

CANCELLATION AND FEES

Any cancellations within less than 24 hours of notice or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the non-refundable deposit. I understand that life happens but please let me know as soon as possible for any appointment changes prior of 24 hours of your schedule appointment. 

 

LATE CANCELLATION

Please arrive on time. If you arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you may run the risk of your appointment being cancelled and your deposit will be lost. To reschedule, a $25 deposit fee will be required.

  

NO REFUND POLICY

Once an appointment has been made you unable receive a refund for any payments that you’ve already made online or in person. 

 

​It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they put the correct date and time in their calendars once their spot is confirmed - my booking system will send out appointment reminders to the email provided at booking but I do not send out personal reminders. I recommend selecting the text reminder option when booking your appointment.

 

Appointment Agreement/Deposit Form will be required to be filled out every booked appointment has been made.
